The programme is for the young people who are not currently in full-time employment and have little work experience, but who are focused on work or the prospect of it. Because of the nature of this programme (temporary placement), the employer is not required to pay salary to the trainee. It is recommended, though, to reimburse lunch & travel expenses.A Traineeship includes:
- work placement (on-site or remote) for 70 hours min.
- training in Employability skills, English/Maths (if necessary), other courses relevant for their role.
We suggest to organise it into a 2 or 3-week placement with training.
You provide the placement, and the training is on us!
A company can have up to
10 placements. They can all be for the same or different roles.
The types of roles you can hire trainees for include:
On-site:
- Delivery driver
